Free estimates are provided as good-faith approximations. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract after a site visit and project review.
4. Project Portal
Uploaded project plan PDFs are stored privately. You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded documents and for ensuring you have the right to share them with us.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the Cutler Construction logo and text, is owned by Cutler Construction and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided "as is." Cutler Construction is not liable for damages arising from use of the site beyond the scope of applicable law.
