Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a California General B License (CSLB #914115) and carry full insurance. Documentation is available on request and at our office at 353 San Francisco Blvd, San Anselmo.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide no-obligation consultations and written estimates for remodels, additions, and design-build projects. Call 628-295-9093 to schedule a visit.
Do you handle permitting?
Absolutely. We pull all required permits and coordinate inspections with your local building department, whether in Marin, San Francisco, or Alameda County, so your project is code-compliant from start to finish.
Can you help seniors age in place?
Yes. We specialize in elderly home modifications — grab bars, ramps, accessible showers, and wider doorways — so seniors can live safely and independently in their own homes.
How do I upload a project plan?
Use our Project Portal page to securely upload your project plan PDF. Files are stored privately and only accessible through your app's permissions.
